姚七星（方中信 飾）和抽水強(qiáng)（森美 飾）被指派對付綁匪殺人王，經(jīng)過一番激烈的槍戰(zhàn)，殺人王重傷不治。臨死前，憤怒的殺人王放出話來，說做鬼也不會放過姚七星。姚七星的血液里流淌著特殊的基因，身為家中老七，他竟然得到了能夠看到鬼魂的陰陽眼。
一次偶然中，姚七星看到了被殺人王所害的好友，好友告訴姚七星，殺人王將會在頭七之日從陰曹地府回來找他報(bào)仇，這讓姚七星感到十分害怕。上司Madam徐（梁敏儀 飾）派遣姚七星和抽水強(qiáng)前往七號差館處理文件，在那里，姚七星遇見了靈異顧問喃嘸炳（元華 飾），這位經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的顧問成為了姚七星最后一根救命稻草。
